    Geoff graduated from McMaster University in 2013 with Masters’ degree in physiotherapy and from Niagara University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Geoff’s practice focuses on implementing the best evidence available to improve movement and pain after injury or surgery. He is rostered with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario to perform acupuncture for musculoskeletal injuries. He is enthusiastic about learning new skills and bettering his knowledge to improve his patients’ health. In his spare time Geoff enjoys playing and watching baseball.

    Mike graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree McMaster University in 2008. Mike’s practice philosophy focuses on current evidence-based practice that emphasizes the client’s needs and goals. He believes in continual learning to advance his skills. Since graduation, Mike has taken many courses that focus on manual therapy, exercise prescription, human movement, running, sports performance, acupuncture, shoulder rehabilitation, hip rehabilitation, and low back disorders. Currently, Mike lives in Kitchener with his girlfriend and dog. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and any sport he can be involved in.

    Indy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2009 and a Masters degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2012 . Since graduation, Indy has worked as an orthopaedic physiotherapist and has taken numerous course to enhance her skill set and provide the best care to clients. Some of the courses she has taken include: advanced assessment and treatment of the lower back, hip, knee, shoulder, neck and TMJ. Currently, she is specializing in hand therapy. She is eager to continue to learn and further enhance her abilities by use the latest evidenced based practices to help provide the utmost care for clients and their hands. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends and family. She enjoys exploring different countries and experiencing new cultures and traditions.

    Dan Chagnon is the Owner/Athletic Therapist of The Cambridge Centre for Health and Wellness. He brings 15 years of experience to the Centre. He was the Head Therapist at the University of Toronto, David L. MacIntosh Sport Medicine Clinic for 10 years. While there he worked with 45 Varsity Sports Teams, taught Sport Medicine and Emergency First Aid in the Faculty of Physical Education and Health and was part of the Senior Professional Managerial Staff of the University. He was a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He was the Curriculum Coordinator of Neuromuscular Conditioning at U of T for 8 years, teaching/training students, National, Olympic and Professional Athletes. He was a team therapist for the Canadian Men’s Rugby team for 10 years and Head Therapist for the Ontario Ruby Union for 6 years. Through his many experiences he has worked with numerous National teams, Olympic and Professional athletes and events. Dan is also an Instructor Trainer with the Canadian Red Cross for the past 17 years for their First Aid and First Responder programs. He has taken numerous manual therapy course including, Active Release Techniques©, Muscle Energy, Strain Counter Strain, Articular Pumping, Myofascial Release, Advanced Myofascial Stretching, Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Activation Techniques and Crainosacral Therapy. Dan brings a passion for Sport Medicine to the centre and enjoy’s Golf and Curling in his spare time.

    Haiyan graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in 2012. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Haiyan specializes in Sports massage and can provide deep tissue techniques when necessary as well as a soothing touch for relaxation. She has experience in treating Sports related injuries, Postural conditions, Repetitive strains and sprains, Work-related injuries, MVA injuries, Pregnancy discomfort, Headaches, and other medical and stress-related ailments. Some of her modalities include: Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, range of motion stretching, joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy and manual lymph drainage.

    Chris is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). He has 17 years of clinical experience working as an Athletic Therapist and Massage Therapist. He is a graduate of the University of Guelph (biological science), Sheridan College (athletic therapy), Canadian Therapeutic College (massage therapy) and has finished his courses in Osteopathty. His focus of treatment is to ensure the body is properly aligned from head to toe, there is a good mobility of all structures, and vitality is present throughout the body. This is achieved through specific palpation and treating the whole body to ensure proper function of all systems of the body. he has experience treating any age of client from children to the elderly. He has experience treating post-operative clients, headaches, whiplash, concussions, muscle/ligament strains of sprains, pain related to the fascia, and chronic pain. He is familiar with the mechanics of sports, work related or motor vehicle related injuries and how to rehabilitate the client back to a pr injury level. Chis is a life-long resident of Cambridge where he currently resides with his wife and 2 children.

    Kristina is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, and has been part of the Cambridge Centre for Health and Wellness team since early 2009. Born in Tecumseh, Ontario, Kristina later moved to Guelph to complete her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Guelph in 2003. With a strong passion for health and wellness, and the desire to positively influence others, she completed her training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Kristina acknowledges that each person is unique, and provides an individualized approach to treating her patients. Her clinical focus is on family health, as she treats a wide variety of conditions affecting infants to seniors. Kristina recognizes that prevention and patient education are essential to making long term interventions to take an active role in one’s health. As an active member in the community, she frequently gives information seminars on common health issues at various workplaces and community groups within Cambridge. Kristina is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Medicine, The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and the International Society of Sports Nutrition. She enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through hiking, horseback riding and coaching children and adults in competitive and recreational riding. She currently resides in Guelph, with her husband, Jon.

    Ana is a Canadian Certified Pedorthist. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree and continued onto the Pedorthic program at the University of Western. Her studies included courses in biomechanics, anatomy, sports injury, and the aging population. She has specialized training in foot orthoses, footwear, and orthotic fabrication. The application of such training is applied daily when assessing patients for non-surgical treatment of foot and ankle pain. Ana divides her time between working at the Cambridge Centre for Health and Wellness and Mobility Orthopaedic Rehab Centre in Brantford. She enjoys working in a multidisciplinary environment where patients benefit from having a variety of treatment modalities in one convenient location. When Ana is away from the clinic she enjoys going on road trips and spending time with her friends and family.
